Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Bib Latch ships worldwide. Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on location.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders of $40 or more ship free. When the order is under $40, a flat $8 shipping fee applies at checkout.
How do I contact Bib Latch about my order?

Returns and Refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days. Items are returned by mail, and approved returns receive a full refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns, the customer pays return shipping. When the item arrived defective, return shipping is free.
Warranty
Are products covered by a warranty?
Products carry their manufacturer’s warranty. If an item arrives defective, email support@biblatch.pro within the 30-day return window for a free return by mail and a full refund.
